Bus Attendant (Part Time)

The Bus Attendant (or Busser) for Clement Restaurant will be responsible for supporting servers and maintaining a clean, organized dining area.

Key Accountabilities:

• Clearing Tables – Removing used plates, glasses, and utensils promptly.
• Cleaning & Sanitizing – Wiping down tables, chairs, and resetting tables for new guests.
• Refilling Water & Beverages – Assisting servers with drink refills.
• Assisting Servers – Running food, refilling condiments, and providing extra napkins or utensils.
• Stocking & Restocking – Ensuring clean dishes, glassware, and silverware are available.
• Guest Assistance - Respond promptly to guest requests and anticipate their needs.

General Requirements:

• Prior experience in a fine dining or luxury restaurant is preferred.
• Strong understanding of high-end table service and etiquette.
• Excellent attention to detail, ensuring polished table settings and spotless service areas.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with servers, kitchen staff and management.
