Workforce Planning Officer

Business Unit:  The Peninsula Manila
Location:  Makati City

We are looking for a passionate individual who will be responsible for handling the Hotel's workforce planning.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Control and manage the Labor Management software provided to the company’s Leadership, allowing a clear review and reporting of all rotas, holidays, absences, sickness, overtime and actual hours worked vs. approved schedules, forecasts and budgets
  • Generate accurate daily, weekly and monthly reporting for Labor Management purpose.
  • Prepare for and participate in weekly scheduling meetings.
  • Prepare all month-end reporting and analysis and participate in monthly P&L review meetings. Review the results with the Manager, People and Culture and the Payroll Manager, investigating variances and discrepancies to Budget/Forecast
  • Report analysis on variances between Actual data and forecasts or budgets, preparing meetings to discuss such variances with each departmental Leader, proposing control measures and brainstorming possible improvements

 

General Requirements:

  • At least 1 of working experience in workforce planning
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision
  • Analytical and detailed-oriented
  • Acquainted with payroll, its policies and procedures as well as local laws and regulations.
