Reservations Agent
We are looking for a passionate individual who will be working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Manila. We are seeking a Reservations Agent to support the hotel Room Reservation operations in achieving the company’s objectives, and be an integral part of our guest focused service
Key Accountabilities
- Ensure proper operation of all responsibilities of Reservations operations
- To take and maintain up-to-date accurate reservation records, including records of any advance bookings and any cancellations
- To handle telephone calls, emails and correspondence efficiently, always ensure that relevant standards and procedures are implemented and maintained
- Communicate with all departments to create a guest centric experience
General Requirements
- At least 1 year Room Reservation experience in a hotel setup
- Knowledge of PMS/Opera
- Ability to work in a fast pace work environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Bachelor degree or equivalent hotel management courses with hotel operations
