Credit and Collection Assistant Manager

Business Unit:  The Peninsula Manila
Location:  Makati City

Overview of the role

We are looking for a well-rounded individual who will be responsible and supporting Finance Operations in collection of companies receivables, assist customers to resolve account problems emanating from incorrect billing, inaccurate information, improper deliveries and commence appropriate actions to ensure collection of slow paying or offending balances.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Assist customers to resolve account problems emanating from incorrect billing, inaccurate information, improper delivery, slow payments, etc.
  • Commence appropriate actions to ensure collection of slow paying or offending balances
  • Monitor aging accounts
  • Handle online billing for travel agencies
  • Collect urgent collections

 

General Requirements:

  • BS Degree in Business course
  • Pro-active
  • Team player
  • With background in Credit & Collection
