Located in the highly prestigious Belgravia district of London, The Peninsula London is seeking to hire a creative Rewards and Benefits Manager to manage employee benefit plans, workers’ compensation and overall package to position The Peninsula London as an employer of choice

Key accountabilities


  • Assist the Assistant Director of People and Culture in handling all facets of Human Resources which includes compensation & benefits, reward programmes, communication, and recognition initiatives.
  • Produce people related data and reporting for strategic planning and action where required concerning benefits and rewards.
  • Design, deliver and communicate reward policies and processes that improve the working and volunteering experience of our employees.
  • Lead the development of an inclusive benefits offer in line with market best practice, ensuring that we are compliant and working within our Diversity and Inclusion policy.


General requirements


  • Previous experience in HR in compensation, benefits and rewards ideally in the hospitality industry but other industries will be considered
  • Pre-opening of a 5-star hotel or large-scale operation (highly desirable)
  • Strong people leader with natural ability to engage with stakeholders
  • Brings creativity to work, highly adaptable, naturally positive with a fun attitude
  • Fluent English communication proficiency
  • Excellent analytical, organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, e.g. Words, Excel, PowerPoint

The Peninsula London, located at 1-5 Grosvenor Place in Belgravia, will overlook Hyde Park Corner, the Wellington Arch, Green Park and the gardens of Buckingham Palace. Upon completion, the hotel will have 190 guestrooms with 25 luxury Peninsula-branded residential apartments. The construction budget for the project is in the region of £800 million and our ambition is for the hotel and residences to set new standards in luxury and service in the London market.
