The Peninsula London is excited to announce we are seeking a Fitness Attendant to join our Spa & Wellness Team.

 

 

A serene oasis encompassing the spacious, quiet lower floor of the hotel, The Peninsula Spa and Wellness Centre offers an array of therapies – both ancient and modern – for optimising and beauty. The facility includes seven private rooms where guests can receive massages, face and body treatments, and balancing rituals incorporating Ayurvedic aromatherapy. There are also separate steam rooms and saunas for men and women, and relaxation lounges with heated chaises.

Key accountabilities

 

  • Takes overall site responsibility for daily operations within the Fitness Centre facilities including the delivery of the Fitness Centre Inductions & Orientations, cleanliness and health & safety...

  • Conduct additional fitness services (assisted stretching, general tips & advice, warm-up, cool-downs, etc)

  • Monitors standards of service and client satisfaction taking necessary action to ensure Brand and Group standards are maintained. Manages guest feedback and ensures elevated service recovery to exceed guest expectations, in keeping with the Peninsula Service Principles and the principles of Life Lived Best.

 

General requirements

 

  • Previous experience in a similar role, within a luxury gym environment.

  • Experience in personal training, wellness and nutritional knowledge.

  • Physical training and CPD Certification.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with the team, and the guests. Positive and thoughtfully generous to make each guest feel special. Caring and warm demeanour.
