Executive Office Coordinator

The Peninsula London is seeking to hire an Executive Office Coordinator to join our Pre-Opening Team. Working alongside the Executive Assistant of the Managing Director, you will provide support in co-ordinating and planning daily executive office operations.

Key accountabilities


  • Support the Executive Assistant in the day to day running of the Executive office such as receiving and screening calls, welcoming and greeting visitors, managing the email inbox and diary, making reservations, reconfirming bookings and carrying out any reasonable tasks requested.
  • Assist with the production, distribution and compilation of reports and presentations as requested, maintaining documents in an orderly manner.
  • Be the first point of reference for the Executive Office


General requirements


  • Relevant administrative experience, ideally in the same capacity, supporting a senior executive (either within the luxury hotel segment or luxury retail).
  • Exceptional administrative and organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise time sensitive tasks. Excellent time management, highly adaptable, naturally positive.
  • Awareness and understanding of the sensitive nature of the hotel environment and guests with strong communication and human relation skills.
  • Fluent English communication proficiency.

The Peninsula London, located at 1-5 Grosvenor Place in Belgravia, will overlook Hyde Park Corner, the Wellington Arch, Green Park and the gardens of Buckingham Palace. Upon completion, the hotel will have 190 guestrooms with 25 luxury Peninsula-branded residential apartments. The construction budget for the project is in the region of £800 million and our ambition is for the hotel and residences to set new standards in luxury and service in the London market.
