Brand Marketing and Communications Manager

The Peninsula London is seeking a talented Brand Marketing & Communications Manager. This role will work with the Director of Brand Marketing & Communications and lead a team of Communications Executives to spearhead projects that promote and develop the hotels image, positively impacting business relating to, Rooms, F&B, Wellness, Retail and Special Events. An essential part of the role will be to safeguard our brand image through storytelling, sharing our vision and bringing our heritage to life.

Key accountabilities


  • Work closely with the Director of Brand Marketing & Communications and Department Heads to develop the hotel’s annual brand partnerships and communications strategy, activities, and support implementation
  • Drive the collation of monthly best of press and written text collaborating with the Public Relations and Communications Team
  • Develop and lead in the print and digital KOL strategy working closely with brand partnerships manager to identify new talents
  • Pitch strategic print, digital and press features as well as seasonal campaigns and assets whilst providing a unique opportunity for brand enhancement and increased revenue
  • Work closely with the marketing and digital teams to develop creative and integrated content and programmes to support product introduction, service offerings and new technology
  • Uphold the image of The Peninsula London in both local and international markets and ensure that it is positively maintained and enhanced within the local community 


General requirements


  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in communications or public relations in the luxury consumer, hotel, or travel industries
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, highly adaptable, creative, and naturally positive
  • Strong connections with media outlets in the hospitality and hotel industry
  • Fluent English communication proficiency
