Laundry Supervisor

Key accountabilities

• Supervises the hotel’s linen, guest laundry and staff uniforms, working in close collaboration with the outsourced laundry operator.
• Implements the quality, upkeep of all the hotel’s linen, including F&B and SPA linen and uniforms.
• Ensures cleanliness before issuing, and manages any soiled, stained, or damaged linen.
• Plan for storeroom and appropriate controls for requisitioning.
• Implement and ensure the maintenance of the laundry, policies, and procedures.
• Supervises the guest requests for laundry to the highest quality and service standards.
• Ensure efficient operation of the Housekeeping department.

General Requirements

• Must possess excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills, be able to work well under pressure with a variety of people, handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 
• Ability to resolve issues with minimal consultation and naturally positive. 
• Ability to deal with a high level of work demand and pressure and show flexibility as well as understanding of the expectations. 
• Is innovative and a natural organiser, highly detailed and able to engage with guests.
