Key accountabilities

 

  • Prepare food in line with training received.

  • Follow recipe, food safety & hygiene guidelines and instructions given by supervisors.

  • Maintain food cost and any breakage or wastage at minimal level.

  • Ensure consistency of the food offerings and qualities.  

  • Adhere to cleaning schedules and the Hotel’s policies & procedures.
