Gallada Guest Relations Manager

Key accountabilities

• Always ensures the delivery of exceptional guest service, providing friendly, yet discreet and unobtrusive service in: Greeting, seating and waiting on all guests.
• Ensure all guests are properly greeted upon their arrival.
• Monitor daily bookings and ensure table assignment done prior to arrival.
• Oversee entire door operation procedures, including reservations, special requests and minimum spending details.
• Actively listen to and resolve complaints.
• Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure we resolve customer concerns.
• Manage Host team to ensure we comply with all standards and operating procedures.
   

General requirements

• Knowledge of using the restaurant reservation systems e.g. Opentable, 7Rooms.
• Good organization skills & Time management.
• Good hands-on service. 
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Food & Beverage outlet with similar standards and expectations (Hotel based or Standalone).
• Degree or Diploma in hotel management. 
• Understanding of food and beverage knowledge.
• Caring for team and guests and excellent communication skills.
