Floor Supervisor

Key accountabilities

• Maintains the cleanliness of guest rooms, guest corridors and elevator areas to an impeccable standard.

• Monitors the performance of colleagues in regards to the quality of cleaning, guest service, appearance and conduct.

• Supports and maintain a positive work environment.

General requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within Housekeeping in a Luxury Hotel environment with similar standards and expectations.

• Ability to deal with a high level of work demand and pressure and show flexibility as well as understanding of the expectations.

• Innovative and a natural organiser, highly detailed and able to engage with guests.

• Turkish communication proficiency, and English as a secondary language is preferred.
