Fitness Instructor

Key accountabilities

• Develop an evolving interesting array of fitness/wellness opportunities to motivate our guests.
• Provide guest with guidance and information about techniques for postural improvement and stretching.
• Work closely with the Spa Director to ensure proper standards of hygiene and functioning of equipment is consistent and in accordance with safety standards.
• Monitor the cleanliness of the fitness facilities and assist with maintaining a high level of organization, tidiness and stocked supplies.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and any special problems keeping the Spa Management well-informed and ensure proper follow-up.
• Ability to interact with guests, providing full knowledge and assistance for maximum guest usage in an outgoing and positive manner.
• Acknowledge the confidential nature of the professional relationship with a client and respect each client's right to privacy.

General requirements

• Proficiency required in developing, teaching, and conducting group and personal fitness and wellness experiences in a luxury environment.
• Certifications related to group fitness instructor and personal training. 
• Be available for flexible scheduling to accommodate occupancy and guests’ requests
• Ability to deal with a high level of work demand and pressure, individual must have great organization skills and adjust to changing conditions. 
• Demonstrates positive attitude and actions through a display of courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, sensitivity, and professionalism to internal and external clients.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor and great “connection” with people.
• Fluent English and Turkish communication proficiency.
