Key accountabilities

 

  • Have complete understanding of all food and beverage items, including ingredients, methods of preparation and proper service.

  • Perform a friendly, yet discreet and unobtrusive service in greeting, seating, and waiting on all guests.

  • Ensures accuracy of orders including menu details.

  • Presents wine lists and recommend beverages and wines as required.

  • Anticipates guests’ needs and exceeds guests’ expectations.

  • Ensures linens, silverware and chinaware are in good condition.

  • Controlling the cleanliness and tidiness of side stations before, during and after operation.

  • Always controlling the cleanliness of the guests’ tables.

 

General Requirements

 

  • Good organization skills & Time management.

  • Good hands-on service. 

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Food & Beverage outlet with similar standards and expectations.

  • High school Diploma.

  • Driven by precision and excellence.

  • Caring for team and guests and excellent communication skills. 

  • Good collaboration skills with others.

  • Good level of English and Turkish language proficiency.
