Key accountabilities
-
Have complete understanding of all food and beverage items, including ingredients, methods of preparation and proper service.

Perform a friendly, yet discreet and unobtrusive service in greeting, seating, and waiting on all guests.

Ensures accuracy of orders including menu details.

Presents wine lists and recommend beverages and wines as required.

Anticipates guests’ needs and exceeds guests’ expectations.

Ensures linens, silverware and chinaware are in good condition.
-
Controlling the cleanliness and tidiness of side stations before, during and after operation.

Always controlling the cleanliness of the guests’ tables.
General Requirements
-
Good organization skills & Time management.
-
Good hands-on service.
-
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Food & Beverage outlet with similar standards and expectations.

High school Diploma.
-
Driven by precision and excellence.

Caring for team and guests and excellent communication skills.
-
Good collaboration skills with others.
-
Good level of English and Turkish language proficiency.
