Key accountabilities

To perform a friendly yet polite and unobtrusive phone conversations.

Handles, or relays to related F&B Outlet Manager, Asst. F&B Outlet Manager for all guest complaints, and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.

Understands and accurately follows the standard of sequence of service, pre-service and after-service procedures.

Understands all food and beverage items ordered, including ingredients, methods of preparation and proper service.

To ensure usage of all food and beverage items and appropriate usage of equipment, tools and service equipment.

To utilize the POS system as per policies and procedure in place.

Follows food / beverage / general requisition / transfer forms in section appointed and be aware of costs involved.
General requirements

Excellent food and beverage knowledge.

Good organization skills & Time management.

Good trainer skills in order to ensure service excellency.

Good hands-on service.

Minimum 1 years’ experience in a Food & Beverage outlet with similar standards and expectations (Hotel based or Standalone).

Degree or Diploma in hotel management.
-
High level understanding of food and beverage knowledge.
