Key accountabilities

Always ensures the delivery of exceptional guest service, providing friendly, yet discreet and unobtrusive service in greeting, seating, and waiting on all guests.

Handles, or relays to Managers all guest and internal customer feedback, and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.

Establishes and maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.

Conducts regular trainings to employees on preparation, service, and menu pairing related to the beverage menu.

To exceed guest expectations with service, in keeping with the Peninsula Service Principles, focusing on the core principles and looks for improvement for better service standard with a general theme of anticipating the guests' needs.

Ensures that the bar/beverage preparing stations, glassware, bar equipment, bottle displays are ready, garnishes are cut, fresh pre-service and refreshments are done during service.

Ensures that consistency and correct service techniques for all meal periods to be followed by all staff members when preparing or serving a cocktail.
General requirements

Excellent beverage knowledge, possess knowledge of cocktail preparation.

Good organization skills & time management.

To be able to ensure service excellency.

Good hands-on service.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Food & Beverage outlet with similar standards and expectations (Hotel based or Standalone).

Degree or Diploma in hotel management.

Driven by precision and excellence.

Good level of English and Turkish language proficiency.
