Key accountabilities
- A strong drive to continuously create outstanding and sophisticated chocolate showpiece amenities for our guests.
- Proven experience as a chocolatier or in a similar role, with a strong background in chocolate making and artistic elements.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, with the ability to maintain high standards.
- Continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and enhance our product offerings.
- Handling of chocolate-related equipment.
- Advanced chocolate preparation including airbrush techniques, etc.
General requirements
- To be familiar with complex pastry recipe creation and execution.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a Food & Beverage outlet with similar standards and expectations.
- Fluent English and Turkish communication proficiency.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, with the ability to maintain high standard.
