The Peninsula Istanbul is excited to announce the launch of our pre-opening recruitment events which are scheduled to take place in October and November 2022. Chef de Partie & Demi Chef positions:


Chef de Partie

  • Prepares and makes all outlet related items according to Peninsula guidelines and standards.
  • To be familiar with complex recipe creation and execution.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience required.


Demi Chef de Partie

  • To be familiar with advanced recipes and their executions.
  • Have complete understanding of all food and beverage items, including ingredients, methods of preparation and proper service.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience required.

About The Peninsula Istanbul

The Peninsula Istanbul will offer spectacular views of the Bosphorus Strait, the meeting point of East and West. Located in the historic Karaköy district, the hotel will feature 177 opulent guestrooms and a glamourous rooftop, forming part of the Salıpazarı Port re-development, which also features a cruise terminal, public squares, restaurants and museums. The hotel is currently scheduled to open at early 2023.
