Key accountabilities

 

  • Assists EAM, F&B in managing daily operations of food and beverage to ensure the provision of F&B quality, and service experience, innovating and demonstrating vision as required to position the hotel as an industry leader and achieve unique identities for each F&B outlet. 

  • Ensures that all areas within responsibility operate in line with maximizing profit while delivering on the excellence in product and service.

  • Ensures the highest level of Health and Safety and Hygiene are maintained, reporting employee and guest accidents, and responding properly to any hotel emergency.

  • Ensures customer satisfaction from arrival to departure in accordance with standards.

  • Hires, develops, motivates, supervises, and coaches F&B department employees.

  • Establishes and maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with productive working relationships.

  • Conducts and analyzes current trends in the market and makes recommendations on what can be applied to current F&B operation in the hotel to consistently evolve the food and beverage offering through creativity and innovation.


General requirements

 

  • Minimum of 4 years in a similar position within luxury hotels.

  • Detailed knowledge of food and beverage as well as strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modelling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.

  • Hotel financial acumen and good knowledge of financial tools and processes.

  • Ability to influence and communicate effectively with the team

  • Fluent in English & Turkish language proficiency.
