Demi Chef de Partie

Location:  Hong Kong

We are looking for talented applicants with enthusiasm, passion, positive service attitude and outstanding interpersonal and communications skills to fill this exciting position in our CR Kitchen (Chesa & Room Service).

Responsibilities:

 

  • Prepares food in line with training received

  • Follows recipes and instructions

  • Ensures proper handling, storage and usage of raw and cooked materials

  • Ensures all store orders are collected on time and placed within the kitchen

  • Ensures that kitchen is spotlessly sanitized before leaving, lights off, fridges locked, returning the keys to security (only if applicable)

 

Requirements:

 

  • At least 4 years’ relevant experience, including training and/or internships

  • Good command in Cantonese and English is required

  • Polite, willing to learn, self-motivated and positive working attitude
