Storekeeper

Responsibilities 職責:

  • Performs monthly inventory stock take 執行每月庫存盤點
  • Ensures stocks are issued in accordance with first-in-first-out basis and with proper approval 確保得到適當的批准下,按照先進先得的原則處理庫存
  • Reports any discrepancies to the Chief Storekeeper and Cost Controller 向主管和成本控制員報告任何差異
  • Performs issuing, receiving and re-ordering procedures of the hotel in proper manner 以適當的方式執行酒店的貨品簽收和重新訂購程序
  • Maintains an accurate records of storeroom items 維持儲藏室物品的準確記錄

 

Requirements 要求:

 

  • At least two years of related experience in the hotel industry 至少兩年酒店業相關經驗
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese 優秀的中英口語及書寫能力
  • Basic computer knowledge, preferably in material control system and Fidelio system 基本的計算機知識,最好是材料控制系統和Fidelio系統
