Manager - Gaddi's

Business Unit:  The Peninsula Hong Kong
Location:  Hong Kong

The ideal candidate has a passion for food and beverage and the ability to connect with guests and staff. You will be a natural leader and be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of hospitality while leading service on the floor in this Michelin-Starred Restaurant at The Peninsula Hong Kong. 

 

Job responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning and organising annual and monthly promotions, monitoring day-to-day operational efficiency
  • Maintains guests’ satisfaction in accordance with Peninsula standards and Hotel procedures and standards
  • Creates and implements new strategies to maximise food and beverage revenues and profitability
  • Monitors and controls resources to minimise costs and expenses
  • Works with Gaddi’s Chef de Cuisine to create promotions that generate revenue

 

Job requirements:

  • At least 5 years of Food and Beverage service experience, experience in fine-dining/ Michelin-starred establishment is desirable
  • Outgoing and friendly personality in service delivery
  • Strong leadership skills in people management with a proven track record of employee supervision and training
  • Proficient in verbal and written English
  • Possess good knowledge in using Microsoft Office applications, POS and Table Management systems
