Responsibilities 職責:

 

  • Welcomes guests in a friendly and pleasant manner
  • 以友好和愉快的方式歡迎客人
  • Registering and checking out guests as well as providing exceptional guest service at all times
  • 協助客人登記入住和辦理退房手續,並提供卓越的賓客服務
  • Processes guest arrivals and departures by providing prompt and courteous service
  • 當客人抵達和離開時,以有效率和有禮的服務款待客人
  • Provides efficient and personalised service to guests, and caters to any special requests
  • 為客人提供高效率和個人化的服務,以滿足客人的要求

 

Requirements 要求:

 

  • Minimum of two years’ working experience in the hospitality industry
  • 至少2年的酒店相關經驗
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office and Opera
  • MS OfficeOpera的實踐經驗
  • Excellent customer interaction skills
  • 良好的客戶溝通技巧
  • Good command in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua,
  • 操流利的英語、廣東話及普通話
