Responsibilities 職責:

 

  • Prepares food in line with training received
  • 根據所收到的資料準備食物
  • Follows recipes and instructions
  • 遵循食譜和說明
  • Ensures proper handling, storage and usage of raw and cooked materials
  • 確保正確處理,儲存和使用生熟食物
  • Adheres to hygiene schedules, cleaning schedules and the Hotel’s P&P
  • 遵守衛生時程表,清潔時程表和酒店的政策與程序

 

Requirements 要求:

 

  • At least 1 year relevant experience, including training and/or internships
  • 至少1年的相關經驗,包括培訓和/或實習
  • Good command in Cantonese and Basic English is required
  • 操良好的廣東話及基本英語
  • Polite, willing to learn, self-motivated and positive working attitude
  • 有禮貌,樂於學習,具自發性和積極的工作態度
