Assistant Manager - Brand Marketing

Business Unit:  The Peninsula Hong Kong
Location:  Hong Kong

  • Spearheads new initiatives to drive traffic and conversion

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Oversees all Spa and F&B Marketing for all outlets at PHK across all channels
  • Collaborates with other department to understand business, comp set, and needs to increase revenue
  • Creates and updates brand books
  • Coordinates with PR and Digital Marketing team to develop campaigns and content that reach all customer touchpoints
  • Drives initiatives that expand our reach and attract new customers
  • Ensures advertising and creative materials are on-brand
  • Ensures accurate database management to drive CRM and loyalty initiatives spanning Rooms, F&B and Spa
  • Ensures all hotel collaterals (brochures and flyers - both print & electronic) are produced to the highest quality and in line with Group-dictated brand guidelines

 

Requirements:

 

  • At least 4 years’ relevant experience as in-house marketing services personnel in either hotel, publishing, printing or luxury brand sectors
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Advanced computer skills and detailed knowledge of various computer programmes, including a strong proficiency of Microsoft Excel and Access
  • Self-motivated, resourceful and positive working attitude
