Assistant Manager - Private Dining

Location:  Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

 

  • Serves food and beverage to guests and delights guest by providing personalized and gracious service
  • Ensures accuracy of orders including menu details
  • Anticipates guests’ needs and exceeds guests’ expectations
  • Oversees the delivery of services according to Forbes, LQA and Peninsula standards and assists in reviewing the service training manual from time to time
  • Coaches and counsels the Senior Captains and Captains to train new hires and existing colleagues about operation workflow and service standards

 

Requirements:

 

  • Degree holder or diploma in Hotel and Catering Operations or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of Food & Beverage service experience with 2 years in a supervisory position at a luxury hotel
  • Excellent command of spoken English and Chinese
  • Good customer interaction skills
