Talent Acquisition Manager

Working alongside a diverse team at The Peninsula, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Human Resources operations.

Key accountabilities


  • Lead the screening and selection of talent for the hotel, both non-exempt and exempt positions.
  • Develop a framework that supports volume hiring from selection through to onboarding. 
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
  • Build a consistent pipeline of talent and develop an associated strategy to ensure all open positions are filled in a timely manner.
  • Manage the ATS (SAP) in the full requisition process from creation through posting and maintenance of talent pools across key functions.  
  • Stay on top of industry trends to develop proactive sourcing methodologies and best practices to identify candidates
  • To provide support, feedback, best practice as the assigned ATS lead and work with the Director, Talent Acquisition on key initiatives and system implementations. 
  • To champion proactive sourcing methodologies (including the creation of competitive long lists) for the recruitment of key management positions. 
  • Ensure regular communication and training with the leadership and hiring teams so that the hotel adheres to all statutory requirements and champions DEI initiatives and best practice. 
  • Foster a culture of collaboration across the wider HSH group by sharing insight, feedback and Hi-Po candidates to for open requisitions. 
  • Ensure the HR teams across the US are highly proficient in the latest talent acquisition methodologies by supporting and championing the TA COE.

General requirements


  • Must have at least 4 years Talent Acquisition experience and knowledge on various recruitment and social media platforms
  • Must have have deep understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Extensive knowledge on TAS systems including MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook. Knowledge in SAP Recruiting preferred
  • Outgoing, friendly, driven, detail-oriented, and effectively communicate in spoken and written English to all internal and external guests, staff and management
