Turndown Attendant

Business Unit:  The Peninsula Beverly Hills
Location:  Beverly Hills


Working alongside the Housekeeping Management team at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking a Turndown Attendant who possesses great attention to detail with a genuine warmth and sense of hospitality.

Key Accountabilities

•    Friendly demeanor and great “connection” with people
•    Clean, tidy, supply, and update status of each assigned guest room, suite or villa according to set standards
•    Be helpful to the guests in a courteous manner at all times, and inform Supervisor or Housekeeping Management of any requests
•    Report any deficiencies, damages, and unusual circumstances to the Supervisor or Housekeeping Management



General Requirements

•    Experience in a luxury hotel or other luxury environment
•    Ability to satisfactorily communicate (verbal or written) with guest, co-workers, and management.  Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos
•    Must be able to work in a fast paced and customer service-oriented environment; to perform under pressure and meet deadlines in a timely manner 
•    Must be able to work as part of a team as well as to complete assignments independently, to take instructions from supervisors, and to exercise proper problem-solving skills
