Server - Roof Garden

Working alongside Food and Beverage Management Team at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking a Server for The Roof Garden who possesses a genuine warmth and sense of hospitality.

Key Accountabilities

• Friendly demeanor and great “connection” with people
• Responsible for all activities related to service which includes preparation tasks, training, and performing service as per standards set by the Hotel
• Able to perform a friendly yet discreet and unobtrusive service in greeting, seating, and waiting on all guests
• Ensure consistency of the correct service techniques for all meal periods

General Requirements

• Experience in a luxury hotel or other luxury environment
• Extensive knowledge of culinary technique, wine and spirits, and proper service standards.
• Food Handlers Certification and Responsible Beverage certification
• Ability to frequently communicate with colleagues and to maintain an excellent rapport within the entire Food & Beverage Department to stimulate continuous improvement
