Room Service Order Taker
Working alongside the Room Service Department Head at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking an Order Taker who possesses a strong sense of detail and a genuine warmth and sense of hospitality.

Key Accountabilities
- Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor and great “connection” with people
- Ability to handle a high call volume and multitask with poise
- Offer professional, friendly phone etiquette to all guest and colleague calls for service
General Requirements
- Experience in a luxury hotel or other luxury environment
- Knowledge of the hotel menus to handle inquiry calls
- Document all orders accurately with specific guest requests communicated
- To frequently communicate with the Room Service Manager and to maintain an excellent rapport within the entire Room Service Department to stimulate continuous improvement.
