Roof Garden - Pool Server

Working alongside the Food and Beverage Management at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking a Pool Server who possesses a strong sense of detail and a genuine warmth and sense of hospitality.

Key Accountabilities

• Ensures that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, professional, gracious service at all times
• Displays consistent attention to detail and follow-through of all restaurant policies.
• Represents the restaurant professionally through effective communication, cooperation and relationships with all of the business partners and guests
• Operates effectively as part of a team, communicates clearly, ensures smooth service operations and quality service

General Requirements

• 1-2 years of service experience in a luxury hotel or other luxury environment
• Food Handlers and Responsible Beverage Certifications.
• Must be of minimum age to serve alcohol.
• Extensive food and wine knowledge.
