Food Runner - The Belvedere Restaurant

Working alongside Food and Beverage Management Team at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking a Food Runner for The Belvedere who possesses a genuine warmth and sense of hospitality.

Key Accountabilities

• Friendly demeanor and great “connection” with people
• Supports wait staff by setting-up and replenishing condiment stands, trash containers liners, and bus stations 
• Delivers food orders from the kitchen to the customers’ tables timely and accurately
• Communicating food orders to the kitchen while being mindful of priorities and special requests

General Requirements

• Experience in a luxury hotel or other luxury environment
• To have extensive knowledge of food and beverage menu items
• To frequently communicate with colleagues and to maintain an excellent rapport within the entire Food & Beverage Department to stimulate continuous improvement
