Food Runner

Working alongside Food and Beverage Management Team at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking a Food Runner for The Belvedere Restaurant who possesses a genuine warmth and sense of hospitality.

Key Accountabilities

• Properly maintain strict standards of cleanliness and organization of all service stations/areas
• Perform all assigned opening side work
• Maintain company standards of presentation, service, etc.

General Requirements

• Experience in a luxury hotel or other luxury environment
• Friendly demeanor and great “connection” with people
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to a variety of service setting including dining, event, etc.
• To frequently communicate with colleagues and to maintain an excellent rapport within the entire Food & Beverage Department to stimulate continuous improvement
