F&B Manager - Sommelier
Working alongside key members of the Food and Beverage Management Team at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking a F&B Manager - Sommelier who possesses a genuine warmth and sense of hospitality.

Key Accountabilities
- Advises guests on wines, based on taste preferences and knowledgeably recommends wine pairings.
- Maintains proper inventory levels of wines, other beverages and supplies.
- Prepares and summarizes reports, statements, and documents
- Handles sensitive issues with employees and/or customers with respect and confidentiality
- Assists with motivating, developing, coaching, and counseling team members to ensure the proper level of service is being provided to guests.
- Visits all tables during every guest’s meal to ensure guest satisfaction and consistent customer service.
General Requirements
- At least three years of beverage or sommelier experience.
- Court of Master Sommeliers Certified Sommelier or WSET equivalent.
- Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge of company and department rules/regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Food Handler and Responsible Beverage Certification.
- Flexible schedule including weekends & holidays.
