Executive Sous Chef

Working alongside the Executive Chef at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking an Executive Sous Chef who will be responsible for the overall operation of the culinary department and the entire back of house for The Peninsula Beverly Hills.

Key Accountabilities

 

  • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
  • Supervise and lead the culinary team toward the common goal of ultimate guest satisfaction by continually training and coaching 
  • Responsible for the entire food operation of the hotel, ensuring that The Peninsula Beverly Hills standards for excellent quality of food are maintained and attractively presented

 

 
 
General Requirements

 

  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in a luxury hotel or other luxury environment
  • An open and flexible schedule with the ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationships to ensure an exquisite dining experience for all guests
  • Organization skills including time management and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
