Bell Attendant

Working alongside Concierge team at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking a Bell Attendant who possesses a genuine warmth and sense of hospitality.

Key Accountabilities

• Friendly demeanor and great “connection” with people
• Greet and assist guests as they enter and leave the Hotel.
• Store and retrieve luggage from storage as requested while maintaining the cleanliness and efficient operation of luggage storage.

General Requirements

• Experience in a luxury hotel or other luxury environment
• Ability to multi-task and be well organized.
• Knowledge of hotel features and amenities
• Knowledge of Los Angeles and Beverly Hills areas along with The Peninsula Group as requested.
