Management Trainee - Rooms

Business Unit:  The Peninsula Beijing
Location:  Beijing


Prepares, organizes and distributes all documents. Coordinate all meetings and activities while keeping calendar to ensure timeliness. Communicate all relevant information to Director of Rooms and follows up on items according to the objectives performance and quality standards established by The Peninsula Beijing. This role must aid the Director of Rooms in work delegated and show a strong sense of initiative by oneself to bring the team forward


Key Accountabilities:


· Support and assist all sections in Rooms division.
· Perform related duties and special projects as assigned by Director of Rooms.
· Protects the confidentiality of all conversations, memos and other related transactions of the Director of Rooms.
· Drives departmental trainers in creating training plans which foster team members to be engaged and prepared to delivery 
  on the Peninsula service/experience.
· Spend time in various front of house areas from time to time to ensure that Peninsula standards are being provided by the respective team.


General Requirements:


· Passionate and committed on service. 
· Good communication skills, fluent in Mandarin and English.
· Be creative on presentations and good knowledge of computer skills.
· Ability to communicate well with all levels of management and staff.
