Management Trainee - Executive Office

Business Unit:  The Peninsula Beijing
Location:  Beijing


The Management Trainee will be responsible for overseeing the hotel’s overall creative expression and aesthetics, including, but not limited to the interior environment, restaurant, banquet and bridal food and beverage presentation, staff uniforms and grooming standards, floral arrangements, special themed-events (i.e. Chinese New Year, Easter, Peninsula in Pink, Halloween, Festive Season, etc.) and more.


Key Accountabilities


· Well versed in company brand and style standards as issued by head office
· Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, ethic and attitude toward all hotel guests, clients and staffs
· To have good knowledge of the hotel and its related facilities as its required based on interaction with external and internal guests
· Perform related duties and special projects as assigned by General Manager


General Requirements


· Interest in fashion, F&B, interior design and lifestyle related activities
· Ability to communicate well with all levels of management and staff
· Good leadership and multicultural management style
· Good communication skills, fluent in Mandarin and English
· 1- year Management Trainee Programme
