Manager, CRM Partnerships & Experiences

Location:  Beijing

The Peninsula Hotels operate some of the finest hotels in the world. As we embark of growing our Greater China (The Peninsula Hong Kong, Shanghai and Beijing) business, we are seeking a Manager, CRM Partnerships & Experiences who will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining sustainable brand partnerships with the intent to curate unique and compelling experiences for CRM programme.

 

  • The role be based at The Peninsula Beijing and oversee the China region
  • Report directly to Regional Director, Digital Customer Experience & Marketing, Greater China
  • Increase positive guest and customer satisfaction, retention and engagement to support hotel, Peninsula Merchandising Limited (PML) and shopping arcade tenant sales, drive arcade leasing revenue and aim to increase member acquisition and guest direct revenue.

 

Key accountabilities

 

  • Identify, source and recommend brand partnerships and Greater China CRM programme offers and activities with a mandate to increase members, member engagement and brand awareness to achieve the annual shopping arcade rental and hotel revenue budgets.
  • Research, develop and implement unique and compelling programme offers that will attract guests and shopping arcade visitors to convert to members and ultimately into VIPs.
  • Develop and maintain sales and marketing collateral materials to support the promotion of the CRM programme to prospective partners.
  • Negotiate and finalise campaign deals in accordance with the company’s contractual guidelines, policies and brand standards.
  • Act as the partner’s key liaison internally and represent the brand in a professional and well-presented manner.
  • Manage teams on site and off site to ensure the Greater China CRM programme aligns with the company’s overarching objectives and strategic goals.
  • Collaborate and seize opportunities to work with hotel Sales & Marketing teams to ensure a cohesive approach and drive synergies to maximise overall Greater China sales and marketing strategies and actions to achieve annual hotel budgets and increase brand awareness.
  • Develop and manage annual budget as it relates to brand partnerships and offers.

 

General requirements

  • 8 years + in marketing / brand communications field of luxury hospitality or consumer luxury across the Greater China region.
  • Strong CRM and Guest Loyalty experience high preferred
  • Ability to lead financial and commercial retail discussions.
  • University degree or higher in relevant field
  • Native Mandarin; Excellent writing and presentation skills; Business level spoken and written English
