Spa Receptionist

Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Bangkok, we are seeking a has a Spa Receptionist who has passion to welcome guest, proactively descript spa treatment, professionally handle with guest enquiry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be able to advise accurate treatments information and products to clients to get their patronage and to maximize the revenue.
  • Handled general requests for information and data; handled delicate situations, such as - customer requests, special needs and complaints and developed relationships with guests to meet their needs and satisfaction for repeated service to maximize the revenue.
  • Completed all monetary transactions and responsible for accurate accounting of all transactions made to prevent any mistake.
  • To upsell spa treatment and merchandise to achieve target and revenue budget.
  • Prepare accurate daily report, weekly report and statistic to be able to improve performance overall.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
  • Minimum experience 1 year as Spa Receptionist
  • Excellent English communication skill
