Job Responsibilities

  • Produce all Food required for the assigned Kitchen
  • Involved in Creating and implementing new Menus with detailed recipes
  • Monitor and check the outlet kitchen area to ensure that it is visually attractive at all times
  • Follow recipes for producing items accurately, and always update them

 

General requirements

  • Strong knowledge and skills in cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment in the Chinese Kitchen.
  • Relevant professional qualifications
  • Ability to communicate well in English
