Senior Wedding & Events Manager

Business Unit:  The Peninsula Bangkok
Location:  Bangkok

Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Bangkok, we are seeking a Senior Wedding & Events Manager who has passion for selling the hotel banquet facilities concentrate in Wedding, Socials and Corporate functions

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible in leading selling team of Weddings, engagement ceremonies and social functions of all function rooms.
  • Handling the reservation situation of all function rooms and schedule it effectively.
  • Promote and improve sales of F&B (include all outlets) in order to meet with budget or above.
  • Co-ordinate with sales & marketing department regarding all matters related to banquet functions.
  • Update Opera system and mailing list on a regular basis.
  • Responsible for Wedding Showcase preparation and kick-off.

 

Job Requirements

  • Certificate or bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field  
  • At least 3 years' experience in related field
  • Excellent English communication skill
