Rooms Coordinator
Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Bangkok, we are seeking a Room Coordinator who are responsible for handling secretarial and other office duties for Director of Rooms and the division

Key Responsibilities
- Understand and prepare correspondence, memoranda, reports, and forms, including those of confidential nature for Director of Rooms or whenever directed.
- To prepare meeting rooms, transcribe dictation and minutes of divisional meetings, with proper distribution of copies.
- To upkeep all Rooms-related documents and records in corresponding share drive, for future reference.
- To monitor stock of consumable items and inventory of operation supplies of the office of Director of Rooms.
- Effective communication and coordination within Rooms Division and other departments, as well as suppliers.
- To support and provide assistance to Rooms-related projects, and any administrative tasks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent hotel management courses with hotel operations
- Minimum one year in a similar or relevant field
- Good knowledge of computer skills i.e. Shiji, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Fluent in Thai & English, both written and spoken
