Responsibilities

  • Oversee the reservation team's operations, ensuring efficient and accurate booking processes.
  • Develop and implement reservation policies and procedures to optimize customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Train and supervise reservation staff, providing guidance and support to enhance service standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate room allocations and manage special guest requests.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel property management systems and reservation software.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages team spirit and high performance among staff members.
  • Ensure compliance with hospitality industry regulations and company policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and maintaining high-quality standards across all interactions.

 
Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent hotel management courses with hotel operations
  • Minimum 2 years in a similar or relevant field
  • Ability to communicate with ease and inspire confidence about the hotel property via phone and email
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
