People and Culture Officer (L&TD)
Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Bangkok, we are seeking a People and Culture Officer who can plan, prepare, execute, and follow up on all training activities and related assignment to meet the needs of human resources development and people performance of the hotel including key accountabilities below.

Responsibilities
- Implement all training records with paperless system
- Collect training reports, track and files, then keep soft copies under filing system effectively on digitalise accessing
- Keep training record for individuals and for departments accuracy
- Produce training materials/packages and keep for reuse, ensure all relevant and updated with digitalise accessing
- Prepare evaluation forms, reports and share to relevant section heads/department heads regularly
- Submit and ensure all key training records to Skill development department with the minimum required alignment
- Promote trainee recruitment effectively on all social media platforms
- Co-ordinate with concerns and process trainee recruitment and selection steps
- Update trainee recruitment record and post-trainee evaluation score are well kept and transfer to recruitment team
- Support Director and Manager of L&TD to strategically plan for trainee, internship and partnership programme
- Facilitate, track and reporting of trainees, internship, education related visitors, public enquires
- Organise trainee monthly meeting with the encouragement of learning culture among trainees
- Ensure good relationship with all related lectures in relevant vocational schools, colleges, Thai and International Universities
- Prepare staff notice and internal advertisement and provide to post news and activities on staff social media.
- Maintain social media calendars, implement the overall organic content strategy on our social media platform
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent hotel management courses with hotel operations
- Good knowledge of computer skills i.e. Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Strong co-ordination skill, experienced office administration skill, good organizational skills. especially in hotel or hospitality context. Good communication skills, especially effective presentation skill.
- Good English communication skills
