Guest Services Officer

Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Bangkok, we are seeking a Guest Services Officer to support the Guest Services team.

Key Responsibilities

To handle all Guest Services transactions, not limited to check-in & check out in accordance with Hotel standards. 
To meet and greet VIPs, provide in-room registration, create bonding with guests during the stay, and bid farewell upon guest departures. 
To have strong product knowledge, promote hotel activities and promotions to all guests. 

 

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent hotel management courses with hotel operations
Minimum one year in a similar or relevant field
Good knowledge of computer skills i.e. Opera PMS, Microsoft Word, and Excel
Excellent English communication skill
