Responsibilities

  • In line with an overall annual plan, develop and maintain clear product road maps, activity calendars, and milestone plans to ensure we are on track toward our goal of developing the best digital and e-commerce strategy.
  • Identify trends and insights
  • Allocate marketing investments 
  • Plan and direct marketing campaigns
  • Manage an organization's website and maintain it, keeping best practices in mind
  • Provide strategic guidelines on social media communication strategy using a large and innovative range of online media in line with communication, hotel’s budget and company objectives
  • Ensure copy and image content on social media channels are optimized and up-to-date. Assess the effectiveness of each social media channel and explore opportunities with new social media sites; Snapchat, TikTok 
  • Grow Facebook and Instagram followers and increase engagement on all social media platforms

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent hotel management courses with hotel operations
  • Minimum 4-5 years in a similar or relevant field
  • Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences. 
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
