Key Accountabilities

 

 

•    Is responsible for maintaining cleanliness of all pots & pans used in food preparation and for the cleanliness of all crockery, cutlery, serving, and chafing dishes.

•    Brings all equipment to specific areas and continuously replenishes items as needed.

•    Regularly monitors and maintains cleanliness of floors through sweeping and mopping.
