Assistant Director of Food & Beverage

Working alongside key members of the Food and Beverage Management Team at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking an Assistant Director of Food and Beverage who possesses a genuine warmth and sense of hospitality.

Key Accountabilities

•    Ensures the venues are running effectively and meeting all company standards, including execution of service, guest interaction, atmosphere, and cleanliness. 
•    Responsible for financials, profitability, hitting, or exceeding goals, as well as motivating, coaching, and leading the teams in each.
•    Single point of accountability for The Roof Garden, In-Room Dining, Living Room, and Private Events.

General Requirements

•    Previous food service experience with the ability to perform multiple jobs within the restaurant.
•    Previous management or supervisory experience is required.
•    Possess excellent organizational skills, communication skills and problem-solving skills.
•    Food Hander and Responsible Beverage Certification.
•    Flexible schedule including weekends & holidays.
