Concierge Supervisor

Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Bangkok, we are seeking a Concierge Supervisor who are responsible for co-ordination and supervision of all Concierge and interacting with guests of the hotel in order to manage the best service experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth running of the Concierge Department on a day to day basis to achieve a high level of guest satisfaction 
• Monitor daily arrivals/departure and anticipate guest need’s and handle guest inquiries in a helpful and attentive manner
• Maintain a system of regular employee training and reporting
• Provide on job training for junior staff in all Concierge areas
• Plan and manage sufficient staff on duty to deal with large group check-in/out
• Provide staff counselling, support and guidance as required
• Have a complete knowledge of the hotel product including room rates facilities, Food & Beverage Outlets, Spa, Health Club and Promotions 
• Be Hotel Ambassador, look after the lobby entrance area and be able to do hotel induction for walking guests
• Knowledgeable of all the latest events and happening in and around the city.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hotel management courses with hotel operations
• 3 years of working experience is a must
• Strong and Confident, Good interpersonal skills to lead and manage highly organised and detailed oriented
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken
